MOMBASA
Mombasa is a coastal and Kenya’s second largest  town and a sizable port. It has a rich history that dates back 2000 years ago. The town has passed through the hands  of Arab immigrants, adventurers, traders and conquerors not to mention the colonialists. Mombasa is built on an island and is joined to the mainland by Makupa Causeway, to the north by Nyali Bridge and to the south by a frequent car and passenger ferry on Kilindini Creek. Mombasa has a modern seaport with multitude of wharfs and deep-water berths. Besides this, Mombasa is a tourist attraction owing to its beautiful sandy beaches both north and south, historical sites and the numerous marine parks. 500 kms from Nairobi.

SERENA BEACH HOTEL *****

This is the only Kenyan Coast Hotel to be a "Leading Hotel of the World". There is a professionally run water sports center where you can go sailing, windsurfing and deep-sea fishing. Two floodlit tennis courts and two air-conditioned squash courts are always in demand. You will savor the most romantic dinners under tropical nights in excellent restaurants, some specializing in sea food like lobster, crab and prawns, others in French and Italian cuisine. Visit a casino or dance the night away in one of the nightclubs.
166 Rooms and Suites and a swimming pool.

DAY  2 - 4

NYALI GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB *****
6510 yards - par 71 - 18 holes

Nyali Golf and Country Club's championship golf course is the oldest 18 holes golf course on Kenya's coast. This is a gently rolling course with a decent mixture of right and left doglegs and shallow fairway bushes. Players will see an abundance of wildlife including dik-dik and bands of vervet monkeys, the club's mascot, frolicking about the course. While the course is not located on the ocean, the intrinsic winds definitely influence the playing conditions. The course displays a number of beautiful flowering  trees, including the flamboyant Flame tree, originally from Madagascar. This championship golf course offers all challenges experienced golfers look for, while at the same time provides the high handicapped an entertaining round.
